Aarti Agarwal was born and brought up in New Jersey and made her debut in the Bollywood movie Paagalpan in 2001.

She did her first Tollywood movie Nuvvu Naaku Nachav with Telugu actor Venkatesh in 2001.

Aarthi Agarwal starred opposite Venkatesh for three films.

Agarwal was married to Tasval Kumar at Secunderabad on 22 November 2007, but made a divorce case in 2009, and made her re-entry into Telugu films.
